We have been trading since 2018 and all our cleaners are local to you. All our cleaners are fully vetted by us before sending them to our clients.
We try to match our cleaners with your requirements to offer you the top cleaning services.
If you require to meet the cleaner before they start the clean then we can arrange that for you at a time that suits both.
Agency fees and services we provide
The cleaner gets paid market rate and they get paid by you on the day they finish the cleaning.
We The agency fee will be paid in advance on a monthly basis by standing order or bank transfer.
The cleaners
The cleaners are fully vetted by us checking their right to work, address and references.
When the cleaners are checked then we start offering them work and find the best match with our clients needs.
All the materials and cleaning products are provided by the client to be sure that the products you choose will be used in your home.
If you will consider giving the keys to your home to the cleaner so they can clean while you are out at work. This is between the cleaner and you as we don’t see the keys the agency is not responsible for the keys to your home.
The cleaner will do any work you require as long as it is safe to do so. If by any chance you are not happy with the cleaners work please have a word with your cleaner first. If having a chat with the cleaner won’t help then give us a call.
Please bear in mind that you pay the cleaner separately to the agency fee.
Canceling a clean
The cleaners should call you if they won’t be able to make it to you on a particular day. If it is just the one time then the cleaner can offer to do the clean at another time.
The cleaner should give plenty of notice for holidays so we can arrange a temporary cleaner for you. Just give us a call
If you have to cancel a cleaner than we require plenty of notice and you cannot use any JLM Cleaning Agency cleaners without having to pay agency fee.
